This is a blog I designed for interactive producing techniques at Medill. The class taught me how to build a WordPress site from scratch, maintain it and learn a few tips and tricks in order to use it as a template of sorts for future websites. Chicago Budget followed Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s first city budget and the stories that came from it.
